HELVETUS describes itself as a global aftermarket watch strap brand offering more than 86 styles for more than 23 watch brands, with collections organized by watch model alongside universal straps, deployant buckles and an installation tool. It states that it is not affiliated with Rolex or any other watch brand, and watches are not included. HELVETUS describes its rubber straps as FKM rubber, while some brand copy refers to natural rubber, and its allergy-free, durability and water-resistance statements are the brand's own claims. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and only for straps that were never installed on a watch. Its returns policy says the buyer pays return shipping even though some product pages advertise free returns, so confirm before sending anything back.
